BINGO starts on June 8th. We have
received our bingo license and our first night of bingo will be at 6:00.
It will continue every Monday.
Post Elections were held on the 9th of May during the
regular Monthly meeting. Installation of newly elected officers will be
held at the next monthly meeting, Saturday June 13th at 10:00.
The following elections were made during the meeting on

Finance Officer/Treasurer: Kenny Clevinger
Adjutant/Secretary: Ken Bercaw
The members of the Post have changed the date of the Monthly
Meetings to the SECOND SATURDAY of the month to allow active duty members from
the Air Wing to attend since the previous time conflicted with their monthly
training. See you there!
The Post has upgraded the Post PC and printer and we have offered
the old ones to any AMVETS post that needs them. We have
donated them to Post 30.
We want all members to be involved in this website and for it to serve the
members of the post. Please send us your suggestions using the contact
page, or via email to the Webmaster (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The post is considering covering the bar with an acrylic
plastic in the near future. As part of the process, small objects can be
embedded in the plastic, which is transparent. This will allow members to
memorialize themselves or friends, or family with a small plaque with their name and service
The cost is estimated to be between $30 to $45. Samples
of the plaques are available in the club - just ask the bartender to see the
samples. Depending on the interest the club will continue research and
negotiation of the cost of this type of plaque. There are other methods to
do this - suggestions are welcome.
If you are interested in this project, please fill out the
sign up sheet in the entrance or have the bartender add your name to the list.
As you can see, this web site is relatively new and requires much
